The date was set when the accused appeared in the Home Circuit Court yesterday when the trial was to have started. The matter, however, could not go on due to the unavailability of a courtroom.
Andre West, Dwayne Owen, Chevaughn Gibson, and Ryan Wilson are to be tried for the murder of 30-year-old Harvey, who was abducted from his Kingston 20 home by gunmen, and was later found dead on Pinewood Terrace on Wednesday, November 30.
