"Big Nose" as he is affectionately called in the good days at Jamaica AIDS Support for Life formerly at Upper Musgrave Avenue
The date was set when the accused appeared in the Home Circuit Court yesterday when the trial was to have started. The matter, however, could not go on due to the unavailability of a courtroom.
Andre West, Dwayne Owen, Chevaughn Gibson, and Ryan Wilson are to be tried for the murder of 30-year-old Harvey, who was abducted from his Kingston 20 home by gunmen, and was later found dead on Pinewood Terrace on Wednesday, November 30.
Harvey's ATM card and other items were taken. His stolen motor car was found parked at the football field at Markland Avenue in Grant's Pen, St Andrew.
The accused are from an area called Vietnam in Grant's Pen. Clothes, suitcases, jewellery, cellphones, and watches belonging to the victim were also recovered.
This is not the only murder charge for West. He and another man, Lynford Allen, are charged with murder in relation to the death of financial analyst Jamie Lue in 2005.
That matter will be mentioned on June 1.
Lue, 25, a financial analyst at Alliance Capital Limited, was in December 2005, abducted in the Constant Spring area, robbed and killed while on his way to meet his girlfriend.
The body of the Orange Grove, Stony Hill resident was found in the back of his Honda CR-V along Mayfair Avenue, at the foot of Beverley Hills, on December 31, 2005.
